Eligibility for Professional Development Leave. 2380 (1) Employees with six or more years of full-time, continuous service with UCF shall be eligible for 2381 professional development leaves, except those employees who are serving in tenure-earning or tenured 2382 positions. 2383 (2) No paid or unpaid family and medical, parental, administrative, military, or other authorized 2384 leave(s) shall be considered a break in continuous employment.
