ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement "seniority" shall only apply to an employee who has completed their probationary period. (b) Upon successful completion of the probationary period, an employee will be credited, for the purpose outlined in (a) above, with the total number of hours worked during the probation period.
