Employees with no current written warning or probationary actions may apply for a job posting in the manner specified in the posting, and will be given first consideration (but Employer may simultaneously solicit outside applications). In addition, new employees are not eligible to apply for positions at other locations until the employee has completed one (1) year of service at the store where he/she was initially assigned unless the manager waives this requirement.
