Eligibility to Take Examination. An employee shall be eligible to take examinations for which otherwise qualified during the time of military service. An employee on a Military Leave whose name appears on an eligibility list shall be certified for assignment to a position in the class during the life of any such list when and if his/her name is reached. In the event the employee accepts the appointment, he/she shall be granted the same type of Military Leave from the new position.
