Eligible and Adjacent Areas. The programme targeted area is the area of the common Croatian – B&H border. The counties concerned are the territorial units on the NUTS III level in case of Croatia, and territories equivalent to NUTS III level in case of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are 9 eligible counties on the Croatian side of the border: Vukovarsko-srijemska, Brodsko-posavska, Sisačko-moslavačka, Karlovačka, Xxxxx-senjska, Zadarska, Šibensko-kninska, Splitsko- dalmatinska and Dubrovačko-neretvanska. The eligible area on the Croatian side covers 30,882 km2 of the territory and has 1,623,886 inhabitants. The 95 eligible municipalities on the Bosnian side of the border co- ver 38.022 km2 of territory with 2.770.945 inhabitants. The following territories have been proposed for adjacent regions under this Programme: Osječko-baranjska, Požeško-slavonska, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska, Za- grebačka and Primorsko-goranska. The proposed adjacent territories cover 15.266k m2 and have 854.926 inhabitants. ■ Koordinacija donatora U skladu sa člankom 20.   • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Right of Way and Real Property The party named in Article 1, Responsible Parties, under AGREEMENT is responsible for the provision and acquisition of any needed right of way or real property. The Local Government shall be responsible for the following:

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Geographic Location .. The Buyer hereby warrants that the Buyer is not a party to a buyer representation agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase or lease of a real property of the general description indicated above.

  • Restricted Areas All persons except DOC personnel, upon entering the grounds are restricted to the immediate area of their work assignment. In order to go to other areas, Contractor personnel must first obtain written permission from the supervisory correctional official in charge. Only persons having official business will be admitted to construction sites.
