Eligible Project Costs. Except as the State Government determines otherwise in writing, the Subrecipient agrees to seek and obtain funds awarded in the Project Grant Agreement only for eligible Project costs that are: i. Cost Paid. Costs that have been paid by the Subrecipient will be reimbursed.
