Eligible Tires. Tires offered under the Contract shall be classified under ten (10) Commodity Codes, which are listed and described as follows: 000-000-000: Tires, Implement / Farm 000-000-000: Tires, Off-Road, Bias 000-000-000: Tires, Off-Road, Radial 000-000-000: Tires, Automobile, Radial, Standard Passenger 000-000-000: Tires, Police Pursuit and Emergency High Speed, Radial 000-000-000: Tires, Light Truck, Bias (Includes Off-Road Applications) 000-000-000: Tires, Light Truck, Radial (Includes Off-Road Applications) 000-000-000: Tires, Light Truck, Steel Casing (Includes Off-Road Applications) 000-000-000: Tires, Medium Truck, Radial 000-000-000: Tires, Specialty Retread or recap Tires are not eligible and shall not be permitted, included, or available under the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions of the Contract.

  • Leave for Family Illness In the case of illness of a member of an employee’s immediate family, meaning spouse, son, daughter, father, mother, or person to whom the employee is legal guardian when no one at home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill person, the employee may be granted, after notifying her immediate management supervisor, leave with pay up to five (5) working days per fiscal year, for the purpose of making such arrangements as are necessary to permit the employee’s return to work. The immediate management supervisor may require proof of the need for such leave as she considers necessary.

  • Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual.

This excludes (1) Basic Service consumers who have asked their Local Distributor to not enroll them in competitive supply; (2) Basic Service consumers enrolled in a Green Power product that prohibits switching to a Competitive Supplier; and (3) consumers receiving competitive supply service.
