Common use of EMERGENCY CALL RESPONSE Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY CALL RESPONSE. 22.01 Volunteer firefighters are encouraged to identify themselves as volunteer firefighters to their regular full-time or part-time City, and request permission to respond to calls during regular working hours when reasonably practical and beneficial. Upon request, the Fire Chief or designate shall provide a letter confirming that the individual is serving as a volunteer firefighter with the City of Xxxxxxxx.
