Common use of Emergency closure of the Home Clause in Contracts

Emergency closure of the Home. In the unlikely event that the Home has to be closed in an emergency situation, you will be required to leave the Home. We will give you as much notice as reasonably possible in all the circumstances but certain emergencies may necessitate your leaving the Home on immediate notice. If this were to happen the local authority (or the NHS if applicable) would be responsible for finding an alternative home but we would give you as much assistance as possible to do this. Any charges that you had paid in advance that related to the period after the date that you left would be refunded to you.
