Incompatibility. If you persistently behave in a way that seriously affects the wellbeing of other residents and staff in the home, we may consider that it will be in your best interests and in the best interests of the Home for you to leave. Before asking you to leave, we will make all reasonable efforts to address and manage detrimental behaviour and consult with you and your representatives to ensure you understand that a problem has arisen and are supported to behave in a different way. Where we ask you to leave, we will provide you and your representatives with 28 days’ written notice, but we will work with you to help you find suitable alternative accommodation. As above, you will be responsible for payment of additional chargeable services (less any amount paid for you by the local authority/NHS) up to and including the date you leave. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded to you for the period of time after you have left the home and for the period of time that any public funding (if applicable) has ceased. Please refer to paragraph 8.9 for details of how our charges may continue if you do not remove your personal possessions at the same time as you leave the home.

ZucoraHome is not responsible for upgrades, components, parts, or equipment required due to the incompatibility of the existing equipment with a replacement Covered Item, or component, or part thereof, or with any new type of chemical or material used to run the replacement equipment; including but not limited to, differences in technology, refrigerant requirements, or efficiency as mandated by Federal, Provincial, or Municipal Governments (except as noted in Central Air Conditioning).
Incompatibility where it becomes apparent that the Client's business is incompatible with the Forma Basic Service due to, by way of non-exhaustive examples, the:
1. abnormal size of the company;
2. number of transactions per month;
3. operation of non-pound sterling bank accounts;
4. inclusion of non-ordinary shares in the company's capital;
5. existence of stock and/or work-in-progress assets;
6. engagement in factoring transactions; and
7. existence of investments in subsidiaries and/or other affiliated companies.
Incompatibility. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Service may not be compatible with certain models or brands of routers, modems or networking equipment. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that the Service may not be compatible with certain Internet providers, mobile providers, mobile platforms or that those internet providers may choose to block the Services. • Customer agrees that the Service may not be compatible with certain telephony equipment and IP phone equipment. • Customer agrees that UNITY can only provide support and assistance with equipment, phones, modems, routers and devices specifically recommended for a particular purpose.
Incompatibility. In the event that any of the above provisions would be contrary to any provision mentioned in the order, the clause indicated in the order shall prevail over the terms and conditions contained herein.

You may at some point encounter an app or feature that does not support the payment method you would prefer to use; however, you may be able to select a different type of payment instrument (such as credit or debit card, or mobile operator billing). 13 Mobile billing. Mobile operator billing is another payment method we may make available for your convenience. If you use mobile billing as a funding instrument, you consent to the following applicable risks and other terms: 4 If you use mobile billing, you are bound not only by these Terms, but also by the terms and conditions of your mobile operator.

Incompatibility. The Parties declare that none of the personnel participating in the activities foreseen by this Agreement find themselves in a situation that might give rise to incompatibility or conflicts of interest pursuant to applicable national legislations and that the related provisions of such legislations shall be respected at all times.
