Common use of Emergency Replacement Clause in Contracts

Emergency Replacement. Docker may change a Subprocessor where the reason for the change is outside of Docker’s reasonable control. In this case, Docker will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible. Customer retains its right to object to a replacement Subprocessor under Section 4.2(b).
