Optional Service. EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
Optional Service. In addition to the services described hereunder, the transmission system operator can offer services directly associated with the system operation. These optional services shall be offered by the transmission system operator uniformly and without discrimination. The conditions and fees for optional services are based on the ordinance pursuant to section 70 Natural Gas Act 2011 and shall be published by the transmission system operator on the Internet.

Optional Service. The Design/Build Contractor is responsible for preparing and updating all procurement and construction cost estimates and, in addition, shall provide and employ an independent specialized construction cost estimation firm to prepare additional corresponding procurement and construction cost estimates. The Design/Build Contractor shall be required to reconcile the two independent cost estimates at each design schedule milestones. The Design/Build Contractor shall distribute all cost estimates to the Project Team throughout the duration of the Project.
Optional Service. If included in the Order Form, SAP agrees to provide EU Access for the eligible Cloud Service as stated in this Section 7.
Optional Service. Verification Testing This service will be charged at normal rates. Included in A5.1 above
Optional Service. Optional modules or services are priced separately and will be provided only if listed on the applicable Order Form.
Optional Service. (1) Define War Service or such Military Conflicts as defined by the Federal Government.
(a) That effective January 1, 1978, any Member of the Service may establish "Optional Service" in the existing pension provisions for all or part of such service, in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act and Regulations, and
(b) Further that the payment for such "credited optional service" will be in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act and Regulations, and
(c) Further that the application for such "credited optional service" will be in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act and Regulations.

If agreed in the Order Form for the eligible Cloud Service expressly identified there as being subject to EU Access, SAP shall provide the Cloud Service solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply. 9.1 Usługa opcjonalna. Dostęp na terenie UE to opcjonalna usługa oferowana przez SAP. Jeśli uzgodniono to w Formularzu zamówienia dotyczącym spełniającego kryteria Rozwiązania w chmurze w sposób wyraźny wskazanego jako objętego usługą dostępu na terenie UE, firma SAP zapewni Rozwiązanie w chmurze wyłącznie dla instancji produktywnych zgodnie z postanowieniami niniejszego punktu 9. W przypadku gdy usługa dostępu na terenie UE nie została uzgodniona w Formularzu zamówienia, niniejszy punkt 9 nie ma zastosowania.
Optional Service. If included in the Order Form, HRMantra agrees to provide EU Access for the eligible Cloud Service as stated in this Section 7.
