Emergency Service Work Orders. In situations the Owner considers to be emergencies, Owner may direct Contractor to undertake urgent Work prior to the issuance/authorization of any Service Work Order. Contractor will be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in accordance with a Service Work Order to be issued and authorized as specified herein as soon as practicable.
