Emergency Training Cruise Leave and Emergency Shipyard Leave. When Emergency Training Cruise Leave or Emergency Shipyard Leave shall have been granted, the Academy shall pay the cost of transportation back to Buzzards Bay of a unit member when he is assigned to the Training Ship on the annual training cruise or when he is assigned to shipyard duty.
