Employee Access. A. Employees shall have access to their personnel file in Human Resources upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times. B. Employees may request a copy of any document in their personnel file. C. Employees may also submit job-related documents to be added to their personnel file with the approval of the Human Resources Director which shall not be unreasonably denied.
