Common use of Employee Address and Telephone Number Clause in Contracts

Employee Address and Telephone Number. ‌ Upon commencing employment, an employee must advise the Employer in writing of their address and telephone number. It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Employer in writing promptly of any change in their address and/or telephone number. If an employee fails to do this, the Employer will not be responsible for failure of any notice to reach the employee.
