Common use of Employee and Retiree Contributions for Health Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employee and Retiree Contributions for Health Insurance. All employees eligible for PERS medical benefits who enroll for such benefits shall be responsible for a premium contribution in the amount of twenty-four dollars and fifty eight cents ($24.58) per month, except as provided below.
