Employee Appeals from Order. The employee may appeal an order of dismissal, suspension, temporary reduction in pay, or demotion either to the Merit Board or through the procedures of Section 25 - Grievance Procedure of this MOU provided that such appeal is filed in writing with the Director of Human Resources within ten (10) calendar days after service of said order.
