Employee Application for Open and Posted Positions. All bargaining unit employees of Oakland Community College may apply for any position that is open and posted for application. Normal institutional employment procedures shall be followed. Accumulated sick leave, College seniority (for purposes of benefits) and other earned benefits shall remain with the individual as long as he/she is continuously employed by the College.
