Common use of Employee Assessments Clause in Contracts

Employee Assessments. Where the Employer completes an Employee's annual performance evaluation, the Employee shall be entitled to receive a copy within ten (10) calendar days of the assessment being written. The Employee shall sign the assessment indicating only that they acknowledge receipt of same. The Employee may respond in writing to the assessment within ten (10) calendar days and such response shall become part of their record.
