Common use of EMPLOYEE AWARENESS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. a) The Company must ensure that copies of this Agreement, the BCGOA and the NES are available to all Employees to whom they apply either on a noticeboard which is conveniently located at or near the workplace or through electronic means, whichever makes them more accessible or made available (whether in hard copy or through electronic means) to an Employee within a reasonable time following a request by the Employee. b) All current Employees will be given a copy of this Agreement, along with all future Employees upon commencement. c) To assist new employees in familiarising themselves with this Agreement, new Employees will be given the contact details of the Union Delegate upon engagement. The Union Delegate(s) will be advised of the engagement of new employees.
