Employee Benefits During Paid Leave of Absence. During any period of paid leave, or leaves of less than one month, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 – Leaves, a Sessional Academic Staff Member shall continue to participate in the Extended Health and Dental and Pension Plans set out in this Collective Agreement. The member and the University shall each continue to pay their same applicable share of contributions and/or premiums as at the beginning of the leave, unless the member elects not to do so in writing.
