Common use of EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN. The Employer shall facilitate the procurement, by Regular and Temporary Employees, of insurance protection by way of participation in group insurance plans, subject to the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer. Provided that said enrolment and other requirements are met, the following group insurance plans shall be continued or implemented:
