Employee Bidding. 2.2.1 The em ployer shall pay OPSEU the amount of $300,000 to be used by OPSEU with regard to employee bidding. 2.2.2 The parties agree that this payment meets all obligations now and in the future under Appendix 9 paragraph 5. Employees will continue to have the right to submit bids without any assistance, preferences or advantages from the Crown.
