Employee Cost Sharing. 1. Effective July 1, 2020 each employee (exclusive of the spouse of another employee of the District who is affected by this provision and as described below in Section 7.011 c. 2.) shall pay eleven (11) percent of the premium cost of health care, effective July 1, 2021 twelve (12) percent of the premium cost of health care and effective July 1, 2022 thirteen (13) percent of the premium cost of health care. Said payment shall occur through payroll deduction and shall be calculated on twenty-four equal installments. Said payments shall be made with “pre-tax” dollars.
