Common use of Employee Family Assistance Program Clause in Contracts

Employee Family Assistance Program. a. The Board agrees to provide an Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for teachers or members of their immediate family. There will be no charge for services provided by the EFAP Counsellor. If professional assistance beyond what is provided by the EFAP Counsellor is required and a fee is charged for this service, this cost will be the responsibility of the teacher.
