Employee Family Assistance Program. a. Each employee shall contribute as his/her share of the Employee Family Assistance Program $10.00 of the annual premium costs. The Board shall contribute as its share of the Employee Family Assistance Program the balance of the annual premium costs. Membership in this plan is compulsory for all regular and temporary employees.
