EMPLOYEE FAMILY ASSISTANCE. 4.1 AEM will provide access without cost to a culturally appropriate Employee Family Assistance Program to all Inuit employees and their immediate families, with trained counsellors to address issues such as drug and alcohol addiction, financial planning, family counselling, domestic abuse and gambling. 4.2 As soon as practicable, AEM will arrange and pay for any medical examinations required by AEM with the intent that Inuit employment is not delayed.
