EMPLOYEE/IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR. The matter must first be discussed with the employee with his/her immediate supervisor within ten (10) working days of the occurrence of the incident upon which the grievance is based or within ten (10) working days from the date that the occurrence of said incident is known or should have been known.
