Employee Indemnification. Employee shall indemnify and hold Employer harmless from all liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the negligence or misconduct of Employee. In addition, Employee shall indemnify and hold Employer harmless from all liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property as a result of a claim against Employer, or any of its employees, from any of Employee’s former employers.
