EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE EVALUATION. 8.0101 This Employee Job Performance Evaluation is intended to replace and supersede the procedural evaluation provisions of Ohio Revised Code 3319.111. The Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES) Framework shall be used for evaluating teachers. The rubrics used for teaching staff shall correspond to those prescribed by the OTES. Members who do not instruct students 50% of their work time and members who are not licensed through the Ohio Department of Education as teachers will be evaluated using The Xxxxxxxxx Framework for Teaching 2nd Edition rubrics. General provisions of the evaluation procedure shall include the following:
