Common use of Employee Notification to the District Clause in Contracts

Employee Notification to the District. An employee shall notify the district of his/her intent to accept or refuse reemployment within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of the reemployment notice. If the employee accepts reemployment, the employee must report to work within ten (10) days following receipt of the reemployment notice. If an employee is offered reemployment in his/her original classification and fails to accept it, he/she will have lost all reemployment rights.
