Common use of Employee of HHSC Clause in Contracts

Employee of HHSC. By signing this contract, Contractor that acknowledges and agrees that Contractor is not an employee of HHSC, and is not eligible for HHSC employee benefits, and will not represent themself as an HHSC employee.
