Employee Option to Transfer or Displace. It is agreed that if an employee is displaced due to technological changes, the employee will be given the opportunity to transfer to a current vacant position or displace a less senior employee. The Employer shall provide training for an employee displaced under this Article provided that the employee has some qualifications for the new position and the training required does not exceed 120 calendar days.
