Common use of Employee Optional Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employee Optional Life Insurance. In addition to the basic life insurance provided by the Employer, a Teaching Faculty Member can purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves that they pay for through payroll deductions. The optional coverage available is:  up to $750,000 of employee optional life insurance coverage in units of $10,000.
