Common use of Employee Paid Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employee Paid Insurance. Members retiring under the provisions of this Article shall have the opportunity to continue in the medical-dental plan set out in Article 19, with the approval of the carrier. The retiree shall pay the District the amount of the premium incurred, less the portion of the premium the District pays, if any, under other terms of this Article.
