Employee Payment and Benefit Options. An employee may elect and shall have the right upon notification to the District to: 1. Stay enrolled in any of the benefit insurance plans provided by Section 8.10 by advancing the District for the monthly premiums. 2. Pro-rate any remaining compensation over the balance of the contract year and receive such regular monthly payments.
