Employee Redeployment Selection Process. The County will determine which Employees may be subject to temporary redeployment during the pandemic response. In most circumstances, the County will rely on Employees who voluntarily accept redeployment assignments or upon external staffing resources. In some circumstances, temporary involuntary redeployment of Employees may be necessary. The County recognizes Employee interests in work schedule predictability and stability, and will incorporate those interests to the extent feasible while developing healthcare staffing plans.
