Employee Relations Committee Meetings. 23 To promote harmonious relations and to provide internal communications, the 24 Union and the County will maintain an Employee Relations Committee consisting of a 25 bargaining unit and a management representative from each department, an AFSCME 26 representative, and representatives from the County Labor Relations Division. The Committee 27 will establish regular quarterly meetings during normal working hours and will so schedule such 28 meetings as far as practical to avoid disruptions and interruptions of work. Employees attending 29 such meetings shall do so without loss of pay. The Committee shall discuss any matters 30 pertinent to maintaining good employer employee relationships.
