Up to four 5 (4) of the Union’s representatives will be employees. The Committee will establish 6 regular quarterly meetings during normal working hours and a management representative from each 6 department, an AFSCME representative, will so schedule such 7 meetings as far in advance as practical to avoid disruptions and representatives from the County Laborinterruptions of work.
