Common use of Employee Right of Inspection Clause in Contracts

Employee Right of Inspection. An employee shall be permitted at any time during regular office hours to inspect his/her personnel file. Should any copies of any material contained in the file be requested by the employee, the first copy of each item requested shall be furnished to the employee at no cost to the employee. The employee may also authorize, in writing, the Association representative to inspect his/her personnel file.
