Employee Rights While On Leave. At the time the employee is placed on 4 administrative leave, the District will provide the employee with information 5 on administrative leave and how it works, let employees know they can seek 6 representation from the Association, that they can access the District’s 7 Employee Assistance Program to deal with stress, or other emotional/mental 8 health concerns, and what the procedure is for getting access to the 9 employee’s personal belongings.
