EMPLOYEE SAFETY AND PROTECTION. 1. The District is responsible for providing a safe and healthful working environment and a system for reporting accidents that will satisfy state and federal statistical requirements. 2. Certificated employees shall be named as additional insureds under the comprehensive liability insurance policy of the Meridian School District. 3. In the case of a late arrival due to inclement weather or emergency, employees must report to work 30 minutes prior to the arrival of students.
