Common use of EMPLOYEE SPOUSES / DEPENDENTS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE SPOUSES / DEPENDENTS. For medical insurance plans, when a unit employee is the spouse of another benefited City employee, the affected employee shall have the option of:  Each employee have a flex dollar amount of a single employee; or
