Employee Supervision and Responsibility for the Building. In cases of administrative absence from the building, each building supervisor (principal) shall inform his/her secretary of the administrator or other certified person to be contacted should the need arise. In the absence of a building supervisor (principal), or designee, bargaining unit members shall not be held accountable or made responsible for the administration or supervision of the building or the discipline of students. At least annually, the administrator will review with the secretary all relevant safety plans and procedures.
