Employee Transfer¾ Not Requested. If an Employee has been or shall be transferred from one seniority unit to another seniority unit other than at his own request; he shall retain and continue to accumulate seniority rights in the seniority unit from which he was or shall be transferred for a period of not longer than 6 months or for such other period as shall be agreed upon by the Management and the Grievance Committee.

  • Employee Transfers In the event an Employee is transferred between Participating Employers, accumulated service and eligibility shall be carried with the Employee involved. No such transfer shall effect a termination of employment hereunder, and the Participating Employer to which the Employee is transferred shall thereupon become obligated hereunder with respect to such Employee in the same manner as was the Participating Employer from whom the Employee was transferred.

  • CONDITIONS APPLICABLE PENDING TRANSFER As has already been referred to in this agreement, the common property will be owned and controlled by a body corporate for and on behalf of all owners including the purchaser.
