Facilities at More Than One Plant. Where new facilities replace facilities of more than one Plant in the same general locality, appropriate representatives of the Company and the International Union shall meet in conjunction with the local parties for the purpose of seeking an agreement on xxxxxxx consistent with the parties' mutual intent to facilitate efficient xxxxxxx and preserve job security for longer-service Employees. In such situations, Company service may be considered in addition to Plant service.

  • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

  • FACILITIES USE a. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
