Common use of Employee Welfare and Safety Clause in Contracts

Employee Welfare and Safety. The School shall comply with all District policies/regulations, and all applicable federal and state laws, concerning employee welfare, safety and health issues, including but not limited to the requirements of federal law for a drug-free workplace and statutorily required training concerning the Child Protection Act of 1987, C.R.S. §§ 19-3-301 et seq. and C.R.S. § 24-10-106.3.

Employee Welfare and Safety. ‌ The School shall comply with all District policies/regulations, and all applicable federal and state laws, concerning employee welfare, safety and health issues, including but not limited to the requirements of federal law for a drug-free workplace and statutorily required training concerning the Child Protection Act of 1987, C.R.S. §§ 19-3-301 et seq. and C.R.S. § 24-10-106.3.

The School shall comply with all District policies/regulationsregulations unless otherwise waived, and all applicable federal federal, state and state local laws, concerning employee welfare, safety and health issues, including but not limited to the requirements of federal law for a drug-free drug‐free workplace and statutorily required training concerning the Child Protection Act of 1987, C.R.S. §§ 19-3-301 19‐3‐301 et seq. and C.R.S. § 24-10-106.3.

Employee Welfare and Safety. The School shall comply with all District policies/regulationsregulations unless otherwise waived pursuant to Section 4.5.B below with a replacement policy, and all applicable federal and state State laws, concerning employee welfare, safety and health issues, including but not limited to the requirements of federal law for a drug-drug- free workplace and statutorily required training concerning the Child Protection Act of 1987, C.R.S. §§ 19-19- 3-301 et seq. and C.R.S. § 24-10-106.3.
