EMPLOYEE WELLNESS COMMITTEE. The parties do hereby agree that an employee wellness committee shall be formed consisting of representatives of the Board and representatives of the Association. It is the intent of the parties that representatives from all employee groups in the District shall be represented on this committee (subject to approval from those employee groups). This committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Education regarding programs designed to facilitate a healthier staff and working environment.
