Employee Who Acts as Representative. (i) Where an employee represents a griever, at a meeting held with the Employer, the Employer will grant time off with pay to the representative when the meeting takes place during normal working hours. (ii) Where the meeting occurs outside the representative’s headquarters area, any expense incurred by the representative arising out of their attendance at the meeting shall not be borne by the Employer.
